Janice and her group, lead by the woman on the right, Inga Fanney, are taking a rest on this day's trip through Southern Greenland. "Thank you, Janice, for proudly displaying our logo for the other tour members to see throughout the trip!"

Memory of the Wyoming 8 September 16, 2001 We get many customers that come into The Berkeley Running Company with a story to share. Last summer, Sonny Roberts of Gillette, Wyoming, came into our store with his story. Sonny is a proponent of keeping the memory of eight University of Wyoming Cross Country teammates alive. ... According to the local newspapers in the Greater Laramie, Wyoming, area, we have borrowed some of the news story of these eight runners and what happened on the evening of September 16, 2001. "Just days after the World Trade Center towers fell in New York, Nick Schabron and seven of his University of Wyoming cross country teammates drove to Fort Collins, Colorado, to go dancing. As they were driving back to Laramie, late that night along rural U.S. Highway 287, a member of the University of Wyoming rodeo team, crossed the highway and crashed his truck into the Jeep Wagoneer, killing all eight runners inside." One of the ways Sonny Roberts helps to carry the memory of these runners alive each September is by holding an annual run in Gillette, Wyoming. The Berkeley Running Company ask that you assist Sonny, and the families of these runners, by remembering the teammates during one of your training runs this week.
