It has offered me the tools to be successful when working with health system leaders to develop a prepared response to staffing concerns. "Finally, my OOMPH experience has granted me the confidence to be a well rounded leader and a teacher to my colleagues who have looked to me for guidance on approaching this pandemic." As a Rotary International District and Zone level leader, I see many grant applications, and assist many Rotary Clubs in developing service projects in healthcare so I want to do that work as well as I can! says Barb Spangler. Our students are making change while taking courses in our program! Read more about how they're applying their knowledge to make an impact.

A maxillofacial surgeon considers Berkeley Public Health Online to be an essential part of his future in healthcare. After enrolling at Haas, Nando discovered what he calls a hidden gem: electives he took through the Berkeley School of Public Health. Healthcare Finance and Healthcare Organizational Management and Behavior were both taught online, which harmonized with his travel and on-call surgery schedule. Both focused on the business side of medicinebringing it all together. https://onlinemph.berkeley.edu/how-a-surgeon-saw-an-mba-as/
