I've been dismayed this last week with 3 of our customer's having just purchased used vehicles that have been fraudulently sold to them. One had over 500,000 miles that the odo only showed 158,000. One had the instrument panel lights taken out so the display didn't show problems with the emission, air bag, anti-lock brakes systems that the vehicle had. And the last had a blown head gasket that we could have found during a pre-purchase inspection... please please get your used vehicle checked out by someone before giving them any money even if they say they will give you your money back !

Equipped to field questions regarding a wide range of concerns, DCR provides assistance to customers electronically - in real time. We offer support across numerous channels including Facebook, Twitter, Live Chat, email, and SMS. Customers may initiate a chat and speak with a... live agent allowing them to seek immediate answers to their concerns. For less pressing matters, customers may reach out to us via email by clicking the Open a ticket button on our contact pages. Additionally, we offer SMS Text Messaging across the Contact Center. We are happy to provide customers confirmation messages with their case numbers, radio codes, our contact information and more. We are available weekdays 6 am to 5 pm PST and encourage you to offer us as a resource to your customers/clients who prefer to communicate electronically. A little ray of hope this morning
