Even in times like these, the church should not just be focused on survival. The church should also be focused on spreading and meeting needs, all the while trusting in our victorious Lord who is with us.

Election season is upon us, which means that we are in the midst of heated debate about national authority. But let us never forget where our divine authority comes from. The truth of God’s word is our consistent place of rest. Let us trust this over anything else.

Never forget the power and importance of your local church.

Believing the gospel will put us at odds with the world, so if human acceptance is our idol, we will have difficulty giving our all for Christ.
