Procedure day here at Bella Vista ENT. Here is a look inside a maxillary sinus. This pt had a maxillary cyst that Dr. Waldman removed with a serpent articulating instrument (Over 220 degrees of articulation with seven locking positions, multiple tip configurations include thru-cutters and graspers, ultra-sharp cutting edges and precise grasping tips enable meticulous dissection, and designed to withstand the rigors of standard cleaning and sterilization procedures.) It’s so fun seeing what these Dr's are capable of and how talented they are. They truly work their magic daily for patients.

Today we have a procedure where Dr. Waldman will be removing a lesion from a pt's palate. We love showing you guys our trays and how particular we are. Fun with trays today. Here is how we set up for the Latera procedure. ** The LATERA nasal implant is used to support upper and lower lateral cartilage in the nose, reinforcing the nasal wall like traditional cartilage and polymer grafts. Supporting the cartilage in this manner may reduce nasal airway obstruction symptoms and help patients breathe better.**

Procedure day today with Dr. Waldman. Today Dr. Waldman is using image guidance to help assist him in his procedure. Image guidance is used with the patients live CT scan and helps the doctors navigate through the sinuses and be able to see exactly where they are. It's mind blowing. Isn't science and technology cool?
