Team member shoutout! Alicia from our Santa Rosa store shares how our team members’ Healthy Lifestyles program has helped her along her health journey. May she serve as inspiration for all those out there who have made health-related resolutions. You can do it!! "I got sick in March of 2019 which kickstarted my transformation to be healthier. I cut out almost all sugar and carbs. I started walking and jogging, going to the gym and getting tips on Raley’s Healthy Lifestyles to keep my journey going. It took me about 9 months to lose almost 80 pounds and I have been able to keep it off! I feel more energetic and comfortable with myself." - Alicia
