At Being-Fit, we may not have the best equipment or tons of it, for that matter....But, what we do have are THE BEST MEMBERS and plenty of SMILES and ENCOURAGEMENT to go around! To be more fit, all you need to do is move your body, have fun, and surround yourself with a supportive community. Fancy new machines may give you a wow factor at first, but it's your workout buddy's smiling face and encouragement that'll motivate you to get to the gym when you don't feel like it. ... Machines don't get you in shape...YOU showing up for your workout is what makes the magic happen! People and environments are what matter....NOT STUFF! Seriously, all you need are the basics to improve your health and fitness. So when you're looking for a gym to join, take a look at the people that attend there...Are they friendly? Supportive?
