Final EB-5 regulations announced. The minimum investment is going from $500,000 to $1.8 million for most projects. Almost no projects currently on the market will qualify as T.E.A. anymore. However, Behring's Legacy Fund will still be T.E.A. See the Behringco website for details! The Graduate is eligible for its TEA status and minimum $500,000 investment until November 21, 2019 when the rules will become final. Our Graduate EB-5 project will sell out its final 12 spots on a first come first serve basis.
