Making a spicy drink sometimes is not as simple as just muddling a hot pepper. In this picture is the final step of my making our spicy pineapple cordial. All ingredients get cooked up together, then it sits in the fridge for 24hrs before it gets strained and ready to be used. All this effort to make 2 cocktails on the list Spicy Whiskey Sour and Wildfire 2.0

You probably had all kind of whiskey sour variations (traditional, honey, NY sour...) But have you ever had a spicy one? Here's another BCD original "Spicy Whiskey Sour" we created a whole new cordial for this one, made with fresh pineapple, brazilian peppercorn, honey and hellfire habanero. All cooked up together, then 24hrs later the cordial is ready. Come check it out! Cheers!!

Here's a quick mixology class for an Old Fashioned, instead of using bitters, muddle a couple slices of fresh orange, then substitute the bourbon with high proof fortified wine and you get a Cobler. Introducing one of our drinks on the menu "The Sherry Cobler" if you're an old fashioned or manhattan drinker and looking for a sipper then this would be a great choice for you. Cheers!!
