Job Title & Job Description: Behavior Specialist Work with special needs clients by using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in their home and community settings Perform data collection Assist with parent education & attends team meetings Maintains quality and consistency of programs Minimum Requirements: You need to be available for caseload peak hours from 2:00PM-8:00PM A Bachelor's Degree, or in the process of obtaining a Bachelors’ Degree in a related field. 6 months - 1 year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus!!! A valid CA driver's license, clear DMV report, valid car registration, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation to commute We offer the following: Career advancement opportunities!!!
