Did you know??? That October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month! Here at BI we are so appreciative of all of our hard working folks in our Employment Programs - they have been working away in their integrated jobs and we've even had a few people start new jobs in the month of October. In just this month alone, we've been able to bring back 28 workers and collectively they've earned over $5,700 this month - way to go, team! Shout out and kudos to all of our hard working Employment Services Clients!

We are so grateful to once again be able to provide some in-person services! While we are very proud of the collection of robust virtual supports that our remarkable staff created during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have heard our community echo back to us a sentiment that we so strongly share: We are ready to start rebuilding our community connections. Between the pandemic and the smoke in the air, we are reminded to be grateful for the times that we can safely be together and we look forward to increasing opportunities to be together safely as we reinvent our services.
