3/17/2020 To Our Valued Patients: With growing concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus, we would like to reassure you that the health and safety of our patients and staff is our number one priority. As dental providers we already have strict guidelines and protocols in place to protect our patients. In addition to those protocols we are taking extra steps to further ensure patient and team safety. ... We ask that you limit the number of people that accompanying you to your dental appointment. Parent of a minor is recommended to stay with patient. Please do not bring any additional adults or children that are not being seen for a scheduled visit. If you or any one in your household are not feeling well, have had a recent fever, cough or runny nose with in the last 72 hours please let know and we can reschedule your dental appointment. We have suspended non-essential appointments such as cleaning and cosmetic dental work for the next 2 weeks. As Healthcare providers, our job during this pandemic is to keep our patients out of urgent care, ER’s and hospitals due to infection and pain. This means that certain fillings, crowns, root canals and extractions are very important and will be our main focus. To our 65+, Immunocompromised and pregnant patients who may find themselves needing us, rest assured we are here for you. Our office will make sure to treat you during a time with reduced staff and few to no other patients to greatly limit your exposure. Our normal office hours may change. When you call us, if our office is closed please listen to our answering machine message. There you will be able to reach us via our on-call number and we will be happy to serve you.
