Garden Quilt Made With Handy Materials. Garden's getting planned and seeded by hand. A Living Willow Fence: "Often called a fedge -- a combination fence and hed...ge -- a fence made from living willow (Salix spp.) can be as rustic or as refined as you need it to be. Versatile willow prefers moist soil, but otherwise it is not particular about soil type. The fibrous roots are shallow and dense, which makes willow a good choice for erosion control. Willow grows quickly and spreads. Regular pruning and trimming keeps a fence from becoming unruly. Plant rooted willow rods in early spring so they become well-established over the growing season. You can easily intertwine closely-spaced rods along a fencerow to create a simple diamond lattice fence. This style of fence requires approximately 35 willow rods for every 10 feet." https://homeguides.sfgate.com/make-living-willow-fence-7472 https://housedecorandinspire.com/30-upgrade-summer-garden-/ https://www.gardendesign.com/ https://redbeetrow.com/how-tos/
