Highway 38 continues with the traffic light at the Hathaway Bridge project and one lane traffic delays of up to 30 minutes to pass the repaving project. This work is going from 6:00am 6:00pm, weather permitting. The bridge project will nit likely be completed before winter and will likely need to resume in the spring of 2016.
