Be Well at the Garden

Beloved friends, we are going to take a break from our yoga classes, at the Garden, for the summer. Next week will be our last classes, for a while. We will announce any further changes in the yoga schedule! If you are interested, we have Christian friends who offer cheap yoga, as a ministry. We will be happy to get you that information! Thanks to all of our teachers at BeWell @ The Garden, who have shown our community loving kindness.

Join us tonight for yoga in the dance room at 900 22nd St! All levels welcomed! Class starts at 6:30! Bring water, a towel, your mat (if you have one) and a smile. If you can't force a smile, then make yourself come! You need it the most!

BeWell yoga is canceled tonight due to Memorial Holiday. Lots of people have plans so have fun with your family & thank a soldier for their service!
