I am preparing to start taking appointments next week! I am so excited to be back where I belong! healing and relaxing my wonderful clients. Due to the new normal, appointments will be EXTREMELY limited! Don't wait to get scheduled! PLEASE BE ADVISED: New key prevention practices include:... physical distancing to the maximum extent possible, use of face coverings by workers and clients, frequent handwashing and regular cleaning and disinfection, trained staff on these and other elements of the COVID-19 prevention plan Staggered appointments to reduce reception congestion and ensure adequate time for proper sanitation No walk in appointment availability Masks Masks must be worn at all times by both the client and staff. This means that you must arrive with your mask and wear it through the duration of your appointment (except when doing a face service) and until you leave the facility. Appointments Clients will no longer be allowed to wait in the Lounge for their appointment. Access to locker rooms are limited to restroom and sink. Lockers will not be available for personal use. Showers are off limits as well. If you arrive extra early, feel free to hang out in your car until your appointment time.You will be escorted directly to the treatment room. Unfortunately children, friends and/or any additional guests will not be permitted to enter with you. (This one makes me sad) Feeling sick I ask that you please do not come in if you are feeling even slightly sick. Customers who are sick or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 are advised to stay home. Customers will be screened upon arrival. Be prepared to reschedule if you have any signs of illness. Sanitation Hand sanitizer will continue to be available for you at the front desk as well as in the treatment room. All areas that may have been touched by a client will be sanitized between appointments.

In the beginning of the year, in an effort to connect with more clients and become a more integrated part of the community, I started a Groupon campaign. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic many of you were unable to schedule the services you needed. And many reached out to me concerned that the voucher would expire before we could return. Today I received the following statement from Groupon: ... " In order for customers to be able to experience your business, we have extended the expiration date on vouchers that were due to expiry between 01/06/2020 and 03/06/2020 by 4 months. We'll continue to take appropriate action as the situation progresses to ensure the best experience for you and for our common customers." Please understand that I personally have no control over anything you have purchased through Groupon. If you have any questions or concerns I encourage you to contact them directly. I hope to be able to take appointments again very soon. Thank you for your understanding!
