Kenny Franklin, Personal Chef for Hire

Today Kenny served up yummy Blackened Bacon BLT sandwiches on thick toasted crunchy French bread with a homemade remoulade sauce. Truly the best I've ever had.

Kenny has been experimenting in the kitchen again. Newest items include scones. Yummy delicious treats. Savory cheddar and bacon scones with a garlic herb topping, sweet lemon and white chocolate with a lemon glaze, and chocolate cherry.

Ladies lunch at abc church. Tuscan chicken with fruit and croissant.

Dessert buffet. Chocolate mouse, baklava, lemon cream cheese bars, English toffee, and sugar cookies.

Six days and 5 events - but 6 meals - serving over 400 people. Kenny loves to cook!

Appetizers for a private party. Antipasti skewers, bacon and onion tarte, tomato consume and fresh fruit.

Tailgating with raspberry puff pastry for dessert. Perfect for a red and white theme.

Football tailgate party. Sticky chicky in the process of being made. Consumed too quickly to get a photo of the finished product. It is Kenny's twice cooked chicken wings with his own special sauce.

Wow! An amazing few days! Two wonderful Christmas celebrations kept us busy. So much to do that unfortunately we have no photos. Yummy BBQ dinner for Home Depot along with some of Kenny's wonderful desserts. Yesterday was a Christmas lunch for Silicone Specialty Fabricators. A wonderful holiday brunch for the ladies of North County Christian Fellowship. Pesto chicken salad with balsamic dressing, raspberry puff pastry, tarte flambé, pull apart bread with pecans, fresh fruit and butternut squash soup.

An amazing two weeks of cooking. Early 80's Reunion, two Friday CREW breakfasts, Missions Dinner, and finishing it up today with BBQ for Cambria Baptist Church.

Slayde ordered smoked salmon from Kenny tonight for his bday dinner. Super yummy!
