Hi Guys! So we are coming up on a year of being closed! I know a lot of you have credits or had classes canceled. So let me address those. We closed on March 19th, canceling all events that were scheduled the rest of March and through April. We will be rescheduling all those events exactly as they were. For example: If your event was schedule on the first Tuesday in April at 7pm, it will again be scheduled for the first Tuesday in April at 7pm...but virtually (as of now, u...nless we are able to open fully at 100% before then). Now, if you are not wanting to do the event virtually, we have three options. 1. You will be issued a credit for the amount purchased that you can redeem towards our Live-Ztream Easel Paint Events. This credit would only be valid for the virtual Easel Events, no wood or other special event. If you choose this option, we will include a 5pc brush set. We have limited quantity of these, so they are first come first serve until we run out. 2. We will issue you a credit that can only be redeemed when your Studio opens 100%. At that time, we will go by issuance of credit date and notify you that you are able to redeem your credit. The credit would be valid for any event on the calendar at that time, but you'd only be able to redeem it with authorization from us. 3. This applies mostly to Future Tickets, Credits or Gift Certificates. You can choose options 1 or 2, or you can hang onto your Future Tickets/Event Tickets/Credits/Gift Certificates and redeem them once our Studio has opened fully at 100%. In either case, when we start rescheduling the previously canceled events, we will notify you via email of these same options. I am so grateful for your love and support through all of this. Y'all have been so patient. My goal is to get the new space up and running so it's ready when we can reopen. Much Love, Mary

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we had to temporarily close our Studio on March 20th without any notice and cancel scheduled events. This was unforeseen, and we do apologize. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for all of those events. Once our Studio has reopened fully to 100%, we will be rescheduling all of the previously canceled events. At that time, your tickets will be moved to that new event. If at that time you are unable to attend that date, you wi...ll be able to transfer your ticket to a different event or we will issue you a credit for a future event. We had to also put a hold on redeeming all Groupons, Coupons, Coupon Vouchers, Credits, Gift Certificates and Future Tickets, as we cannot accommodate the influx of mass redemptions. Again, once the Studio is permitted to open up 100% fully, we will send out notifications on our updated redemption process. Currently, under the current State order, our Studio has been able to open at 25%, not 100%. We thank you for your understanding and patience as we all continue to navigate through this.
