Small bit of info: when making macarons you have to let them sit out for a bit to rest and let them develop a little shell on them before you bake them. You do this because when the macarons are baking the air from the batter won’t flow from the top (creating cracks in the shell) but instead flow from the bottom! If the air flows from the bottom it created feet which are the tiny holes around the bottom of a macaron! So these are pre baked and resting macarons! * * * * *... * * * * * * Running club! I made grape lemonade yesterday! I haven’t tried it yet because I’m a firm believer and letting the lemonade sit for AT LEAST 3 -12 hours.
