Firearm and Ammunition Sales Appointment Scheduling process. Starting Saturday August 15th, You can make appointments on a DAILY basis for firearms and ammunition. The appointment process will open at 9am each day located through the doorway at the Uncle Bucks entrance next to the Bass Pro Shops Store. Appointments will be made for same day ONLY. We will not be able to schedule further out in the week.... ALL appointments must be made in-person and on a first come first serve basis until the schedule for the day is full. The day's schedule may fill early and quickly. There is no guarantee that an appointment for that day will be available. For firearms you will be given an arrival time but may need to wait up to 90 minutes to actually start your paperwork process. This is due to the time required to complete paperwork for customers ahead of you. You are welcome to wait in our waiting area. Ammunition may have a wait time of up to 30 minutes. At the end of your appointment, you will be given a second appointment for approximately 13 days later to complete your paperwork and receive your firearm (provided approval from the California DOJ) We thank you for your patience in this matter and apologize for the inconvenience.
