We are moving back inside this week... the following is a health questionnaire that will be part of our new protocol...look forward to seeing you in my chair!

We ask that you observe the following prior to seeing us: If you are not feeling well or have recently been sick, we cannot see you, if you have an appointment, please contact you cutter and tell them you are sick.... Please come in alone (no friends, partners, children or pets) only when you have been instructed to do so. If you have an appointment with me please make sure your MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER is included with appointment and then wait outside for a text to tell you we are ready for you. Please come in alone (no friends, partners, children or pets) and only when you have been instructed to do so. Very limited waiting in the backyard [think for ADA], please wait outside if you can. All guests must wear a face covering upon entry. Your cutter will greet you, take your temperature, and give you a health screening before your cut. Please only bring one personal item into the backyard. Keep your phone, wallet and all personal stuff in one item. Thank you for being patient with us as we adapt to the new normal. See more
