2000 Vanumanutagi Vineyard Clos LaChance chard. Definitely the last one in my cellar. Still has fruit. Still slightly hazy. Awesome essence of toasted pistachios, membrillo (quince paste), apricots and honeysuckle flowers. Similar richness and aromas of a botrytised late harvest SB but without the cloying sweetness. Going grandly out the door. Cue the cannon and fireworks! #barrelassociates #wine @closlachancewinery
