Last month Bar Louie launched #cheersforpeers a new recognition program focused on Team Members who bring to life our core values in their daily life. This monthly peer nominated recognition program allows TMs at all levels to share positive stories about one another on a national level. We received numerous nominations and for November are proud to highlight our first two TMs for their contribution to their community, their team and the brand. GERALD recently joined Bar ...Louie in our Ohio market and made a strong contribution in the kitchen from day one. In addition to treating others with respect and learning our extensive menu Gerald immediately found additional opportunities to serve his fellow BOH TMs. Gerald is diligent and thoughtful. He is consistently busy, taking every opportunity to make something better. We are impressed with his ability to master each station so quickly, but his managers say that his number one contribution is #attitude.
