Are you serious, people snap out of it. Amnesty for 11 million in America people was ok, then drivers licenses we ok, then the dream act was ok. What is this, now they want to let non citizens serve on juries. I do not agree with this legislation in California. State representatives please stop trying to be a legacy. My parents both came from Iraq and and nothing was handed to them, freedom was enough. As time went on they immergrated into society and they earned all the pri...vileges America had to offer them. California please stop and let people reach goals for themselves and be proud of the time it takes to call themselves American!!
