Good morning! Bamboo Bistro will be CLOSED on Dec 8, 9 & 10th (Tues, Wed & Thursday) this week! My mom is finally able to get her cataract eye surgery, woot We apologize for the inconvenience & thank you everyone for being such a wonderful supporters!

Come & treat yourself to delicious noodles at Bamboo Bistro today!! We are open today from 12pm - 7pm! 872 Eastlake Pkwy, Chula Vista, CA 91914 All orders are taken in-person only (Unfortunately we do not offer phone, online, 3rd party orders) ... It's mongolian bbq, just like those self serves you see at the mall's food courts. You pick your choices of meat, fresh ingredients and sauces. But due to covid-19, the CV health department asked us to not allow customers to fill the own bowls until further notice. But do not worry, my parents will pack your bowl like how they'll pack for their own daughter; a lot If you have any questions, feel free to DM Bamboo Bistro and I'll try to get back to you asap! p.s. My mom might not be able to recognize peoples faces atm because we are waiting on her cataract eye surgery. Her vision is very blurry.
