Thankful, gratitude, grateful - words that come to mind in the month of November. It has been a year full of uncertainty but it's also been a year full of HOPE. Hope that next year is simply...well better Now with the year close to ending, have you thought to yourself...... "What am I grateful for?" Well I sure have! If there's anything I have learned this year, it is to live life to your absolute FULLEST & to stay humble, kind & of course, GRATEFUL I am so grateful that I have shelter & place to call home. Grateful for the food I eat & the family/ friends I can eat with. I'm so grateful for the running (hot) water in my place & the long baths I can relax in. I'm grateful to live in San Diego where I can see the ocean almost any time I want. I am so grateful for my clients turned great friends and the clients still to come! Everyone & everything happens for a reason. People & things come in your life at certain times for certain reasons. Reasons your may not have answers to now, but you may soon find out in the near future. Please think for a moment how great we have it, how great it is to live in America. ~October 1st, 2017~ There was an open fire upon the crowd attending theRoute 91 Harvestmusic festival on theLas Vegas Stripin Nevada. Between 10:05 and 10:15p.m. There was more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition shot - killing 58 INNOCENT peopleand wounding 411, with the ensuing panic bringing the injury total to 867. My friends and I were near the festival, as I was attending a Las Vegas wedding convention the next day. Thinking I would make it to the last night at the fe...stival, our plans changed drastically. I was incredibly lucky to have amazing friends who communicated with me to no longer come to the festival because there was a shooting! "Don't come. There's a shooting. Get off the strip!" @dj30rack was lettting us know this all while he was HIDING FOR HIS OWN LIFE! Sounds like a movie right?! Well it was definitely a nightmare! To say it was a tragedy is understatement. Hearing stories from those who fortunately made it out, will forever be with me. It was an unimaginable warzone. Thankfully there were hero's such as my friends who saved myself and many others that night from the festival. @taylorwinston is a true hero and will never be forgotten for his sacrifice for others.
