If you have been looking for a more traditional Hot Yoga Class at Balance, this is it! The Original Hot Yoga, 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises. All levels of students are welcome, from those with no experience at all to the well seasoned yogi. A 60 minute class incorporating the powerful sequence of poses meant to strengthen the body and cleanse the mind.
