Early in the morning of Thursday, October 3rd, a wrong-way collision on the 101 ended in tragedy. The ghastly collision occurred just north of Candlestick Point around the 3rd Street exit, according to California Highway Patrol officials. Around a half hour past midnight, the CHP received multiple calls regarding a possible wrong-way driver on the 101 freeway. Around five minutes after the initial calls, a CHP unit came across the fatal two-vehicle wreck involving a sedan and a taxi, which left all four people involved dead at the scene. https://www.balamuth.com//aut/wrong-way-crash-highway-101/
