Bakso Goreng Bahan: -500 gram filet paha ayam giling -100 gram lemak ayam giling... -150 gram udang kupas giling -4 butir telur -350 gram tepung sagu -50 gram terigu -1 bonggol bawang putih haluskan -2 sdm bawang goreng haluskan -1 sdm gula -Garam secukupnya -1 sdt merica bubuk -1 sdm minyak wijen -4 sdm minyak -1 sdt soda kue -1 sdt baking powder Cara membuat: -Campur semua bahan jadi satu..Aduk sampai tercampur rata. -Goreng dalam minyak panas sedang dengan api kecil sampai benar" kering..Kurleb 20-30 menit. -Angkat dan tiriskan. Note: -Goreng bakso dengan api kecil sampe benar" kering agar bakso goreng tidak kempes saat diangkat. -Kalo suka bakso yang lebih kenyal terigu boleh diganti full sagu aja..
