TRASH EVENT REMINDER The City is hosting two pop-up bulky item drop-off events this weekend: > 8a-noon on Sat., March 20 at Aera Park (100 Jewetta Dr) and the Bakersfield Municipal Airport (2000 S. Union Ave).... Help keep Bakersfield clean!

CLOSURE RESCHEDULED Both directions of California Ave will be closed between Easton Dr & Marella Way from March 24-26 from 9p to 5a each night. Traffic will be routed using Oak St to Truxtun Ave to Mohawk St if traveling west; Mohawk Street to Truxtun Avenue to Oak Street if traveling east.
