So much for 2021 being a better year than 2020. We haven’t assessed what the total damage is but our green house and all the seedlings inside are mostly destroyed. We don’t have much windbreak where we are and so have very strong winds. Definitely won’t let it stop us but will have to start over in some circumstances.

The final buckets of the season get to go in my new commercial fridge I haven’t gotten around to putting up the shelves but they will be there for me once I actually need them.

I’m inside pretending its cool and cloudy outside. In the next few weeks the craziness of plant babies and bulbs arriving starts.

Sowing fall seeds. This is my last week of deliveries then the focus switches to preparing for next year’s flowers.

AnnouncementI have decided that next week will be our last week of deliveries and will finish off our 2020 season. I wasn’t sure what to expect this year and it has been amazing and our community has really been so supportive of our little business. I’m a one woman show so I have to work on preparing for next Spring. Stay tuned though, there is so much more to come in 2021. Hopefully it will be back to normal by then.

I had the chance to do a large custom bouquet for a friend. For the next two weeks I will be making as many bouquets as possible and going in order for those who have requested one. (Limited availability) I love the cooler weather but it means my season is coming to a close soon. If you’re new to our feed, keep an eye on our page as we will be back bigger and better for Spring.
