All week, Bailey and Branch Elementary will begin school at 7:50 a.m. and dismiss at 12:20 p.m. Please note that there will be NO LATE START on Wednesday, October 20th. ... Spooky Spirit Week and Costume Parade Bailey Elementary School will be hosting a Spooky Spirit Week at the end of this month, October 25-29. Monday will be Disney Good versus Evil Day; Tuesday will be Finest and Fancy Day, as well as our Picture Day retakes; Wednesday will be Twin and Squad Day; Thursday will be Halloween themed clothing; and Friday will be our costume day, where students can wear their costumes (please, no full masks or weapons). On our Friday Costume Day, Bailey and Branch Elementary will parade across campus and assemble on the Bailey grass field to show off our costumes. Parents and guardians are invited to spectate and cheer on our students and staff from the stadium parking lot behind campus, accessible from Bailey Ave. The parade will begin at Branch Elementary at 8:00 a.m. and the parade should reach the grass field between 8:15-8:30 a.m. Safe and Courteous Driving Just a reminder to drive safely and courteously during Bailey drop off and pickup, particularly in the dirt lot across from school. Be cautious and look for pedestrians and other vehicles. Going forward, please enter the dirt lot from Kincheloe Ave. and exit out onto Bailey Ave. Thank you for your support. All books will be a $5 flat fee and our school receives 25% of all sales in free books for our library and classrooms.
