Hello Bahn Thai Family! We know COVID-19 has put a halt on a lot things this year and we truly miss all of your faces. That being said, to bring a little piece of our home to yours, we decided to start a mini cooking series called Home Eats. We will be sharing quick and easy recipes that will spice up your daily eats in your own homes! For our first quick recipe, we made Thaiger Shrimp!(recipe down below) Please let us know what recipes you’d like to see next! . . . Bahn Thai... Thaiger Shrimp Ingredients: 2Tbsp Canola Oil 2Tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic Brown Sauce Mix: 1Tbsp soy sauce, 1Tbsp oyster sauce Black pepper (as desired) 1 Cup Pre boiled Shrimp 2 Tbsp of Thaiger Chili Oil . . Garnish: 1 Cup Spinach Cilantro Scallions . . . Start off preheating your pan to a MED/HIGH setting. . . Add canola oil and garlic, stir garlic till browned. Add in preboiled shrimp/ Stir for 45 seconds. Add brown sauce/ Stir till all shrimps are coated and immediately add black pepper and Thaiger chili oil.
