People thought @the.grenachista was crazy for saving his pomace... so were we until we tried his first Piquette. Not sure what Piquette is? We weren’t really sure what a Piquette was either... here is his description: I take my pomace from my whole cluster pressed Grenache Blanc, which still has some sugar in there. Add water and ferment that pomace. Alcohol ended up around 5%.
