Like many other businesses, the global pandemic compelled me to change the way I do things. The chiropractic sessions in the before times were great and deeply healing. Today, those sessions have expanded and transformed with an extra layer of healing and are truly magical. I’m very proud to say that the Cupping + Chiro sessions have become extremely popular. Here’s some good news! Let me introduce you to Octavia, our newest Pilates instructor. Although she’s new to BB, I’ve known Octavia for quite a while and have even trained with her. Octavia is not only certified in Pilates but also has an education in anatomy and special populations to cater to all clients. Her sessions will leave you feeling strong, energized & are catered to you and your body. Octavia has been a dancer & athlete her whole life and loves to bring fun and mind/body connection to all her sessions. She currently has evening and Saturday mornings open but open to be add more times as the need dictates. Book online or give us a ring. HAPPY SATURDAY!

She’s baaaack!!! Kim our favorite Pilates pro is back on Tuesday and Thursdays starting 8/4. She will be doing zoom sessions for the first 3 weeks of August then open her schedule to add in person sessions starting 8/25. Happy Monday everyone!!!! There’s a few opportunities to see me this week if you are in need. Due to COVID my schedule is limited to half days so I’m booking out pretty quick. I’m keeping close tabs on the numbers of new cases as this will influence if I’ll add afternoon hours. So far, it’s looking like I’ll keep the 8:30-1pm schedule through July. Sitting in the pain and mourning of this weeks past events made me take a step back, close up shop and open my heart and mind. Finding places where I could do better. Hi!!! Yes, we’re open. I hear it every week, I didn’t know you were seeing patients. So that begs the question, are you all getting my emails??? Time to check that spam folder.
