I have never made this or had this, so I don’t know how traditional it is. It just came to me as I was thinking about what to make and how. Sautéed Baby Bok Choy (bok toi thlim) with Tofu (ou fu) with garlic (thlon di) and oyster sauce (hou yeu).

Cold weather satisfaction. Boneless short rib no-whine stew, from the pressure cooker. Made 4+ quarts. Kid-approved. - 3lbs Boneless Short Rib, 2 cubes after browning - 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved - 4 Stalks Celery, 3/4... - 6 Carrots (rainbow), 1/2 - 1 Yellow Onion, 1/2 - 1 Shallot, sliced/chopped - Handful parsley, chopped - 1 knorr vegetable bouillon cube - 1 tbsp Better than Bouillon Beef stock - 3 cups water After browning cubing the seasoned short rib, cooked for 27 minutes. Added the vegetables and cooked an addition 13 minutes. Wife liked it, but next time, I’ll go for 25 minutes + 10 minutes. Thickened the liquid with corn starch.
