We are taking a quick poll of all of our friends and the general public here in east contra costa county. With all of the cut backs in Physical Education in school and a lack of available and affordable options to help our children get exercise or improve their results in their given sports, we are facing a real crisis for our children. So the Poll question is: Of the following choices which would be the one you are most likely to do for your kids:... A) Hire a personal trainer for 1:1 training B) Pay for an afterschool program for some group exercise and socialization. C) Invovle them in program that is sport specific designed to increase their success rate in their given sport D) send them out to play with their friends E) Do nothing at all and hope for the best Let us know what you think...
