I miss my gym... one day soon we will have our gym again.
We teach 1 inch boxing deriving from Bruce Lee's 1 inch punch. We can hit our targets with full force from 1 inch away with Upper Cuts, Hooks, and Straits. we also teach kick boxing and concepts of Jeet Kune Do. This comes thru learning great balance, great defense, great power, and great confidence in yourself.
Now this is a fight!!
