Click on the picture below to view AyZar Construction team’s magic in the making, converting an old house into a custom dream modern retreat of 5,000 SF rebuilt from ground up. Project involved demolishing the original single-story home down to the studs of the exterior walls and removing the roof. The 1st floor ceiling height was increased, and the foundation widened in preparation for the 2nd floor addition. I-beam and tube steel columns were installed to support the load of the new 2nd floor.

Designing around existing elements

Department of Veterans-San Bernardino Vet Center February 2019-Tenant improvement of 4,944 SF Office space ... Construction included interior design and finishes with the intent to bring in elements that project a homey feel. This was accomplished thorugh selection of various finishes such as true praised panel doors painted white with matching white frames and colonial casing. The base boards used were also a molded vinyl product made to look like painted wood. The flat black hardware also helped warm the look over the typical brushed chrome commercial hardware. High ceilings of 10'8" provides for airy and open feel. The reception area features a dramatic waterfall front stone counter as well as a natural looking wood laminate accent. The break room carries the same stone tops and wood cabinets giving it a warm and cohesive feel. The space features wood look LVT planks for warm feel and easy maintenance. The space was built with partition walls going all the way up to the roof structure, providing as much sound deadening as possible. The conference room was built with a pair of sliding pocket doors to separate the space when needed providing maximum functionalty. The group rooms can also be separated by a sound proof modular wall system to maximize efficent use of space.
