If you’re Thai, most likely you’ve grown up eating Yam Pla Kra-Pong basically canned sardine in tomato sauce with added fish sauce, lime juice, and chili (typically eaten with a warm bowl of rice). It isn’t a dish people serve in restaurants, just a simple dish enjoyed at home. This seasonal special - YUM SARDINE - is a homage to the canned version we enjoyed growing up. Made with fresh Aozakana Japanese Sardines, baked in our wood oven, and served with toasted bread. Available this week only. # #ayaraluk #eatseasonally
