It’s is befitting for my last official act as the City Councilmember for District 2 to say my condolences to the Lee Family and to Mrs. Chong Theng Lee/Ying Yang. The Lee family has been long time residents of North Sacramento and I’ve been happy to be their friend and earned their support for the past 10 years. I’ve learn so much about the Hmong community and how this particular community has thrived in our city especially in North Sacramento.
