HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH Mamá Avila’s authentic family recipes are passed down from generation to generation! It all started in 1966 when our grandparents, Salvador & Margarita Avila from Guanajuato, Mexico opened their first restaurant in Huntington Park. Over the last 55 years, Avila’s El Ranchito has grown to 13 locations in Los Angeles and Orange County. Each restaurant is under the personal care of a family member guaranteeing the reputation the family has earned for treating our customers like part of the family. The Laguna Beach location is owned and operated by 3rd generation, Michael Avila, and this year Michael's son Benson started helping out...a la familia.
