Avenues Intensive Outpatient Program is located in San Ramon, CA, and serves adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring issues. We are CARF accredited and in- network with many major insurance carriers. Our programming is currently three evenings per week, 3 hours per session, with more options on the horizon. Whether a client is seeking continued care post residential, recently relapsed and needs support to regain their recovery or this is the first attempt at exploring their unique recovery path, Avenues Intensive Outpatient can cater to the needs of the individual.
