Yoga at home! Due to the current conditions we are all working in unusual circumstances and maybe feeling anxious with so many unknowns lingering. Our bodies and our minds may not be feeling their best. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, by stretching connective tissue around the joints. Yin Yoga involves variations of poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes focusing on the breathe to help the body relax to access dee...per layers of muscle, fascia and ligaments. Our Marketing Director Meagan Svendsen is a certified yoga instructor and is offering Virtual Yin Yoga classes every day while we are all working from home! Come join us!
