COVID-19 and breastfeeding ~ Heather
From Breastfeeding USA This is a link to the latest from the CDC about nursing and Covid-19. You will notice although wearing a mask is indicated in some situations, they are not recommending stopping breastfeeding or separating mother and baby. This makes sense since human milk and the antibodies it can contain would be the best and easiest treatment for an infected or at-risk for infection baby. ~ Heather... #COVID19 #breastfeeding

We know that not every baby makes it home after being born early, so we want to make sure to celebrate and remember ALL our premies today. Sending all our love to our preemie mamas today.
