Holiday Office Closures The holidays are almost here and in anticipation of the busy season, we wanted to let our residents know about our holiday office closures. The Leasing Office will be closed on December 24th, December 25th and January 1st. We hope everyone has a fun and festive season!

Recipe Share Did you know that in December there is a national brownie day, national pastry day, a national cupcake day, and a national pumpkin pie day? That’s a lot of national days for sweets! We here at Autumn Oaks think that December is the best time to bake! Do you have any favorite recipes you use for baking you would like to share with us?

Pet Appreciation Happy holidays to all the pets living in our community! We’re pet people and we’re spreading the love for our non-human residents. Drop a picture below of your furry, feathered or scaly baby(ies) and send this post into cuteness overload bonus if they’re in holiday wear!

Daylight Savings Time/Fall Back Don’t forget to Fall Back this weekend! The time change happens this Sunday, November 1st. Set your clocks back for Daylight Savings Time ending, and enjoy that extra hour of sleep!

Time to Put Your Fireplace to Use! It’s fall which means it is going to start getting colder! It’s time to cozy up and get warm up with those fireplaces. For our residents that have gas fireplaces please contact the office to put a work order to have it lit!

Resident Referral Program We just wanted to remind our residents about our referral program! If you refer someone to Autumn Oaks and they move-in you get $100 off one month’s rent!

Back to School School is back in session and we’d like to wish all our students and teachers a wonderful 2020/2021 educational year! Roseville Library Sidewalk Pick-Up for Books Need some new books to read or for the kids? All 3 of Roseville’s Libraries have sidewalk pickup for library books! You can choose what you want on their online library catalog and pick it up with no contact!

Patriot Day Today we solemnly honor and remember all who lost their lives 19 years ago on September 11, 2001. This year we’re reflecting on the bravery and sacrifice of our medical workers and first responders and how they’ve answered the call of duty during our country’s direst times of need. If you have a first responder or medical worker you’d like to recognize and thank we would love to have you share your appreciation for them in the comments below. And for these heroes who call our community home, you have our deepest gratitude!
