PICS OF THE CAR DAMAGE, LIC PLATE, ACCIDENT AREA, AND ANY WITNESS INFO. 2. TAKE PICS OF THE OTHER CAR'S INFO, INSURANCE, LIC PLATE, ACCIDENT AREA, AND WITNESS INFO. I always explain to my friends never talk to anyone from an insurance company without talking to an attorney first. Insurance companies are very slick and when they get information from you most of that information will be used against you to limit your compensation. I'll say it again - THE INFO THAT YOU GIVE THEM WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU TO LIMIT YOUR COMPENSATION. As much as everyone despises attorneys you do not want to just throw away thousands of dollars to an insurance company because when they called you, you said "I'm okay" or "It wasn't that bad". If you are a passenger in an Uber/Lyft accident be sure to get your driver's info and the other driver/vehicle's info. You may be entitled to two claims regardless of who is at fault. Contact us if you need help.

You buy insurance to make sure that if you get into an accident the person you hit will be covered. Now what if the person who hits you has no insurance? Who pays for your vehicle damage, hospital bills, chiropractor bills, etc?
