Hello to all! During this time of social distancing, self-quarantining, and the governor's stay-at-home order, we here at Autobahn hope all is going well. We are taking this time to make sure we all stay healthy and safe, for our families and yours. Greetings drivers! The cold is coming. Be prepared for the elements and winterize your vehicles. Here's a short list of what we do for our school cars for the cold season: 1. Check tire pressures daily 2. Top off windshield wiper fluid weekly 3. Check/change windshield wipers... 4. Check to make sure heater works properly 5. Change oil to winter viscosity and check daily 6. Check antifreeze levels daily Being prepared for the season helps reduce risk. Check your vehicles regularly to spot potential problems. Autobahn Driving School is Changing! Autobahn, which has been in the high desert for 20 years now, is will be restructuring. We will have new management and more office personnel. Over the next few months, the classroom will get a new look and some new technologies that will help our students succeed. We will continue to serve the high desert through all of the changes.

Driving School Association of California Convention Miramonte Indian Wells Resort

Driving School Association of California Board Meeting Autobahn Driving School is a member school of the DSAC. The Association is a network of driving schools to promote driver education and safety. In cooperation with DMV and CHP, they strive for professional growth and professionalism in the industry as well as keeping up with legislation that helps keep drivers safe. Autobahn is proud to be a part of the DSAC, two of us holding board positions as the Vice President and as the Secretary.

Congratulations to all our students who completed Drivers Education over the holiday!! We held two classes this winter break and now have students on their way to earning their permits. Good luck to you all and we'll see you behind-the-wheel.
