Within minutes of our first contact, Mike had arranged for our vehicle to be picked up the following day. The driver called the next morning and arranged pick up. We met in a parking lot close to our home and the driver was kind enough to drop me back at my home. Our initial understanding was that the vehicle would be delivered in approximately 7 days. We are in Chicago and were experiencing extreme weather, so the 7 days turned into 9, but Mike was always available for us to communicate any concern. She always responded to texts and calls and she even set up a 3-way call between the the transporter, herself and me at one point. However, the company that actually shipped the car, ILM Transportation, was incredibly late. They said they would deliver the car on a Friday, then that Friday they said it would be Monday or Tuesday. Then on Monday they said it would be Tuesday, morning -afternoon (very large window!). Tuesday at 4pm I called and they said between 9-10pm that night. At 7pm I got a call that said it would be 10am Wed morning. Then on Wed they did not arrive until 12:30pm.
