Enjoyed a great Cabernet Sauvignon from Katie's birth year. Lots of sediments and a rim variation that looked like a fingernail being about a quarter of an inch thick. #noblewt.com

Be a Wine Maker for a day at Raymond Winery. You will create your own blend and then you will bottle it, cork it, foil it and label it all yourself. Amazing experience so call me for a tour. #noblewt

Enjoyed some delicious wines. The Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon was bold with smooth tannins and a little earthiness. Next was the Carignan and I know I should have began with it but it was awesome and super jammy. Tonight we enjoyed the PS which had a full body, big fruit and a punch of balanced tannins. Super Black Death inky and was awesome. Cheers!
